17th Bar Council of India Qualifying Examination for Indian Nationals Holding Foreign Law Degrees to be Held from 13-18th December 2021

The Bar Council of India announced the schedule for the 17th Bar Council of India Qualifying Examination for Indian Nationals Holding Foreign Law Degree. The examination is scheduled to be held from 13-18 December 2021.To be held in offline mode, the examination will be conducted in the Bar Council of India premises at 21, Rouse Avenue, Institutional Area, New Delhi – 110002
As per the notification, all applicants are required to submit their application with self-attested educational documents including all mark sheets, certificates, degree certificates from class 10th onwards. The submission is to be accompanied with the Bar Council of India’s letter issued to the applicants for equivalence of Foreign LL.B Degree.
Applicants, yet to apply for securing equivalence of their foreign law degree, are required to take immediate steps to complete the application process on or before 26th November 2021.
